OMG I go from covering a Nine Inch Nails song, to scoring a ticket to their May show in the hammerstein ballroom. HELL yes. My replacement Zen Micro is arrived today also. Now I can record the concert.

Apple ipod mini did increase it's storage capacity to 6 gigs... but that's because Creative is kicking their ass. The iPod is more of a trend than anything else. Sure it has a good user interface and maybe the looks, but in terms of functionality, Zen micro wins. Voice and FM recording, FM tuner, WMA file support, 5 gigs, can be detected as a removable drive, easy user replaceable battery. Also extra battery only costs $40 as opposed to iPods $99 battery which you have to have professionally installed unless you know what the hell you are doing.

I'm just sick and tired of seeing all the sheep in the subways and busses with their damn white earbuds. These animals that barely know anything about computers and just buy it because all their friends own one. Of course they always go for the 20 gig version too, to make things worse. Hard to find someone with the $250 mini opposed to the $300 iPod 4. It's all about marketing.
